Yesterday I came into this JD Sports location and was helped right away by Mateo. Usually when I come in, I have a hard time getting help or even getting anyone’s attention, so this was such a nice change. I was looking for a pair of Nike Zoom Vomero 5s and he grabbed them for me right away. He was so sweet and made the whole experience so much better. If Mateo’s got you, you’re in great hands!! Bought a winter coat and socks at this location, employees let me try it on and were very nice, 10/10 would recommend.
My in store pickup was ready very quickly
Wouldn’t recommend buying from here, besides shipping taking almost now 2 months the customer service is the worst. I called the store to ask about my shipment and the store “supervisor” Roddie or however you spell his name gave an attitude and had no interest in helping me out. He basically said “call customer service I can’t do anything” so I ask for the customer service number and he told me “I don’t have it go find it on the website”.
