Service is not good here. I walked in, there were multiple employees standing around. No one asked if we needed helped. In fact, there was employee right next to us (who did not look like an employee) that saw me looking around for someone to help, but said nothing. After a few minutes, someone came. When I asked the employee that came over for the shoe I was looking for then the guy next to us went to the back to get it. Weird and rude. I later found out his name was Joseph. Izzy provided amazing customer service! She welcomed me and my girls with a great sense of humor the moment we walked in. It’s always nice to feel valued when spending money, and she made sure of that. This was my first time at JD Sports, but it definitely won’t be my last!
