horrible service and was sold wrong item never again !!!
They don’t have good customer service, I asked for a specific shoe, they look for it and don’t have the other shoe. They put the shoe back to where I found it. I asked for a shoe that was on sale, the guy looks for it and again the other shoe is not found. What is the point of having the shoes on display if the “other shoe is not found’’?
Worst customer service ever. The staff I met at the store today were behaving like minors. No professionalism, unable to serve customers the right way. They were also very rude. I’m surprised those are the people who are supposed to serve customers. They need to be properly trained or changed.
