The worst experience I’ve had in retail in a long time. Stopped in this location last Sunday. Wanting some shoes I couldn’t find at the last two stores. As soon as I walk in my partner spots the shoes I want, immediately asked an employee for my size. They confirm and ask us to sit and wait on the shoes.5 minutes later I was given one shoe, and was told that was policy. Ok fine I get thieves are everywhere. This location generally has tremendous guest service. They are patient and helpful. I shop here a few times a month, and it is always quick and pleasant. They are also patient with my old ass having to do an 8 point inspection on my air force ones, because Nike is 25 percent likely to send out some shitty ones. Thanks for the effort.

this is a crappy store. today i took my brother to buy shoes here. i chose a pair of blue nike shoes with the price tag of 80$. when i finished choosing and went to pay, they put another price tag on it of 115. what a joke.

I waited 20 minutes for shoes after placing orders with two separate salesman and the manager. Never saw a pair of shoes from any of them, and ended up trying on a couple pairs off the wall that I didn’t really like. I’m just gonna go back to ordering off the internet, and I’d recommend you do the same.
