Very upsetting experience from calling the store to my experience at this store. Smh lost my business
Had a really disappointing experience at the Deptford, NJ JD Sports. Tried to return a gift that had only been tried on once, and was told the shoes were "clearly worn" , which they weren't. The manager, Sierra, was extremely rude and dismissive, even saying "What do you want me to say?" before walking away. Very unprofessional customer service all around.

Purchased a sneaker from JD Sports at Deptford Mall for my brother 6/7. He went to wear the shoe the following day..he noticed they hurt and the leather was extra soft..was giving refurbished. Returned 6/14 to return..I wasnt aware there was a JD Sport in Phila as I wouldve returned the following day. I returned in box..paper and with receipt. However I couldnt return them because they claim they were damaged due to wrinkles on toe of leather. Its a soft leather Reebok so once you put your foot in the leather its no good. it... read more
