Absolutely excellent service. I interacted with several employees and they were so helpful and polite. I decided to tell the manager and he was also exceptionally helpful. Service seems to be challenging for many stores and I was so happy to have such a positive experience at JD sports.

Horrible Customer Service... lady told me she didn't know how to explain a size situation to me then said "we don't have it"... then i asked another employee for help and he completely ignored me
