Customer service is fine but when i tried paying using paypal, manager said they dont take it unless its tap while it clearly shows on the front register they are accepting paypal.
I visit the JD store in Cerritos mall and was helped by an employee named Mose. I feel he provided theeee best customer service. When I came in, I was greeted, he helped me find a shoe that I was looking for and he helped with an online order. I will continue to come to this location just because The service I received was so great.
The short female “ manager “ just horrible her new hire knew more than she did she was all clueless Manager title definitely not deserved
This location has done a complete turn around for the best. I told the new store manager I could see a difference in customer service. Thank you for helping me Moose. Cerritos really needed your help.
