I came in with an issue with an Instacart order. They stayed calm and cool even though I was already frustrated after Instacart/brand customer service were unhelpful. They were great advocating for me on the phone to JD’s customer service and we were able to work it out. Moral of the story: Skip Instacart. It’s worth a trip to the store. They’ll treat you right.
Customer service at this location is consistently terrible, employees are rude when asked for help. One employee in particular has been disrespectful on multiple visits of mine, during my most recent visit, he snatched a shoe from my family member when she asked for a size. Overall, the experience is uncomfortable and disappointing.
terrible service.I asked to see the shoes, but even with four staff, no one get them for me. If you don’t want to sell, you should close the store.
Finally checked out my new local JD Sports, I’m a big fan. Manager and team were really dope too. Something really nice and almost nostalgic feeling of being able to look at brand new hyped releases in hand. Saw a few models I was curious about, had fun! Fully stocked, clean, and good lay out.
Horrible customer service. No one was in the store at the time I was shopping, manager Bre acted like I was inconveniencing her. First experience with this store will not be returning.
