A-list customer. But I cant get exclusive access? Thats insane. Ive spent over $15k in this store alone and twice that in other JD around America. Im A-list status but don't get exclusive access. So I write in. They say all that money and loyalty means nothing. THEY select who gets the access. So I ask for my money back for my rewards points if I cant use them. They said no. So now there's a lawsuit and the ftc coming their way. Scammers.
Absolute mess. Stood there for 30 minutes with a shoe for my wife and couldn’t get or find anyone willing to help
My son (22) was shopping for a gift for me (his mother) for my birthday yesterday (12/9). When asked if someone could assist him in seeing if they had my size the group of emplyees were standing around and the one that responded to him said he wasn't clocked in and didn't help him. Someone else finally said they would and got the shoes he wanted to get for me.
