This is the worst store. I told them my size, but they gave me the wrong one. I was in a hurry, so I took it and put it on, and only later noticed it was one size smaller. I brought it back and explained that it was their mistake, but they refused to take it back. I do not recommend this store at all. The staff are rude and inexperienced.
Terrible staff, barely anybody in the store and took 15+ mins to try a shoe, ended up leaving before shoe came

Lemme tell you sumn real quick — this JD Sports? HIM. HER. THEM. This is THAT store. Like, if you know, you know. The vibe hits the second you walk in — the music’s always fire, the clothes stay clean, and the staff? They move like they militant, all doing what they came to do and on point! 💯 Although I haven’t seen New York in a minute, she’s always giving manager. JD sports heeft een ruime collectie aan schoenen en kleding. Ik heb 2 sets schoenen gehaald waar ik dagelijks tevreden bent om te lopen. De personeel zijn echt relax, behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
