On 8/13/25 at around 1:30pm, I entered the store. There were about 6 to 7 employees on the floor with 2 other customers. The 2 customers walked out and I was the only customer there. No one said asked me any questions nor even acknowledged me. I walked around the store, then back over to the men shoes. Avoid this location! No customer service! This is the second time I've had a problem with this location. The first time I had a pick up order and it was accidentally shipped! My issue today, I went with my son to get a pair of shoes, the staff was busy due to back to school shopping, okay understandable. Luckily the retro 12 on display was my son's size, so we took it to someone who said they'll be in the front when we're ready. We waited in a long line. No customer service in this place at all asked to speak to a manager was told yeah we have a manager, but that’s as far as went!! Only because I was getting lack of customer service from the young man, I wanted to get help from a manager will never ever go back there again!!
