This location has done a complete turn around for the best. I told the new store manager I could see a difference in customer service. Thank you for helping me Moose. Cerritos really needed your help.
The new store manager mose is amazing! He had gotten a new pair of Nike pandas and helped me laced them up. As far as customer service he let me look around and if I needed help he would come and see me. These are my first pair of pandas and this guy was soooo knowledgeable and also gave me a good price! Thank you Mose!
I had a very disappointing experience at JD Sports yesterday. I went to buy kids’ shoes for my 4-year-old nephew and asked one of the salesmen (a Black male associate) for help. Unfortunately, he didn’t seem interested in assisting at all. When I asked about the kids’ section, he acted like I was bothering him and just said, “I don’t know, man, which size,” even though I hadn’t even asked for a specific size yet. One of the worst places to shop because of the in professional generation that works for the store. This is how they come up to you and ask if you need assistance .. “what do ya want?” Like that?! The other ones didn’t ever come back to say whether the show was in stock or not and she was just cutting people off fast when they would ask her for a size. If I could leave no stars I would... Worst Customer Service Ever... No one seems to work in an efficient manner. Super slow line.. The cashers seem lethargic and move like Customers have all day to be in the store.. If you shop here plan ahead to be in the store double the time it takes to purchase in other stores. My last visit here.
