The customer service wasn't terrible just inaccurate. Tried to return shoes from an online purchase via PayPal on a Sunday and was denied. Told to come back M-F they were unable to do it on the weekend. Then went to Montgomery Rd store on Tuesday only to be told they can only give a gift card which I don't want. I want the funds put back in my account like they were debited from it. Then decided to do online return only to get to FedEx and be told they only pay for the label and I will need to bring my own box to ship then b... read more

Yaz was terrific. She assisted me with the exchange of my shoes and then helped me picked some new ones as well. Definitely will be back due to her excellent customer service
Had an exchange taking care of with no problem will visit the location as opposed to online going foward store was very inviting clean cool fresh good experience!
