The staff was unbelievably rude to my sister, who was simply trying to exchange a pair of shoes she received as a gift that didn’t fit. The first time she went in, they told her they couldn’t process the exchange because she only had a photo of the receipt. They needed the physical one since they couldn’t locate the purchase in their system. They even said it was normal and that sometimes purchases don’t appear in their backend system. chelsea was super friendly, very welcoming, and helped me find an awesome pair of comfy running shoes.
We had a great time today at JP Shoe Palace. Carlos and Paul helped us with all the sizes that we needed and gave us opinions on which shoes feel better and look nicer. We had a very positive experience!
Store did not have the size I wanted for the shoes I was interested in. The associate told me she can place the order online and it will still be the sale price as in store and free shipping. I want to start off by saying the floor associates were very helpful and the issue was with mgmt./ “store policy” I bought about 5 sneakers in total for myself and kids online but they didn’t fit. Instead of dealing with the hassle of shipping them back I decided to just return them to the store as I was in the area and thought it would be easier. Was I wrong!
