I've been in several times over the past 2 weeks and purchased 4 pairs of sneakers for 2 of my kids. This location full of young associates in 2025 is simply outstanding. Their knowledge and the way they interact with people and promote sape items is remarkable. They know their products and systems. Angelina was very dry when i asked for help, did not greet me on the way in. and she walked away while i was mid sentence. made me feel invisible
The staff was unbelievably rude to my sister, who was simply trying to exchange a pair of shoes she received as a gift that didn’t fit. The first time she went in, they told her they couldn’t process the exchange because she only had a photo of the receipt. They needed the physical one since they couldn’t locate the purchase in their system. They even said it was normal and that sometimes purchases don’t appear in their backend system. chelsea was super friendly, very welcoming, and helped me find an awesome pair of comfy running shoes.
We had a great time today at JP Shoe Palace. Carlos and Paul helped us with all the sizes that we needed and gave us opinions on which shoes feel better and look nicer. We had a very positive experience!
