I went yesterday to This store but there were two guys wearing JD Tshirts I assumed they worked there I tried to approach them both to ask for help but these guys instead of asking me if I needed help they walked away from me I felt like I was chasing chickens but at the end I asked this guy with golden teeth for help MAN HE WAS SO RUDE he told me straight up he was not going to help me I thought because they were just about to close but it was 7:45 pm and I found out that they closed at 9:00 So for sure not coming back or r... read more
The staff there was amazing . I was trying to find these shoes for my son and this tall young man was very helpful and friendly !
Terrible customer service! I walked in and the staff were engaged in personal conversation (loud enough for me to hear), no one stopped to greet or assist me after looking around for about 10 minutes. The store wasn’t crowded, so there’s no excuse, they were all just too consumed amongst themselves. I left without making a purchase, and this isn't the first time I’ve been to this store and left disappointed by the lack of service. I’d rather shop online than to feel like a bother.
Friendly and courteous staff. Lots of great sports products to choose from. I would recommend this place to others.
