If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I went into the store to buy a black ski mask, and they gave me the wrong color which isn’t a big deal, but the way they treated me is. The box they gave me came without a tag, and it was already beat up and ripped. When I went into the store less than 5 minutes later trying to return it, they said they couldn’t accept it because I ripped the tag off and the box was ripped WHEN IT CAME LIKE THAT! Very upsetting experience from calling the store to my experience at this store. Smh lost my business
Had a really disappointing experience at the Deptford, NJ JD Sports. Tried to return a gift that had only been tried on once, and was told the shoes were "clearly worn" , which they weren't. The manager, Sierra, was extremely rude and dismissive, even saying "What do you want me to say?" before walking away. Very unprofessional customer service all around.
