Absolutely zero customer service skills. Disinterested staff. Pretty much the worst shopping experience in LA/Santa Monica. My son spent quite a bit of money here and I’m absolutely livid with the arrogant staff that work here.
Lemme tell you sumn real quick — this JD Sports? HIM. HER. THEM. This is THAT store. Like, if you know, you know. The vibe hits the second you walk in — the music’s always fire, the clothes stay clean, and the staff? They move like they militant, all doing what they came to do and on point! 💯 Although I haven’t seen New York in a minute, she’s always giving manager. Calm, unbothered, and knows everything about that store. One time they didn’t have my size, and she jumped on the app and had it delivered to my house in 3 days... read more
JD sports heeft een ruime collectie aan schoenen en kleding. Ik heb 2 sets schoenen gehaald waar ik dagelijks tevreden bent om te lopen. De personeel zijn echt relax, behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
