Not the end of the world but if the website has 20% in store and I go to the store and they won't honor that promo with a sneaker that IS on the sale elegible. I get it if it wasn't but clear as day says it on the app and then I call customer service and they don't even know they have the promo going or what store I can go that would honor it and they say " you'll have to look around other stores in you area to see " im not wasting that time for sneakers I understand how the promo works I guess people at jd don't. 🤷♂️
I just left the store and Amy and Kalab were amazing. Their customer service was truly outstanding and I havent seen that in a while. Amy was very sweet, helpful, and made me feel alright at home ! Kalab was showing me all the cool mew shoes and recommended a few shoe cleaners as well. 10/10 service. I will be coming back !
Cons: Customer service was awful. A bunch of kids running this place. No one greets you when you walk in. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes and some pants - they ended up selling me the wrong pair. Went back to return the item and the girl insisted on finishing up her argument with a coworker right in front of me before she even cared to look my direction.
