Very rude not customer service friendly, I called about same day pick up order to verify and whoever answered the phone was not helpful and kept cutting me off saying the same thing over and over “if the order is ready for pick up you’ll get an email” which I’m not asking for she had an attitude and did not want to help me at all and the proceeded to hang up the phone on me.

Cashier was very rude, maybe don’t work in customer service if you can’t watch your attitude. He didn’t verify the shoes in the box with me as the customer, he just looked at them himself. I got home with the wrong color shoes. Had to go back and exchange them and he wants to catch attitude like if I did something wrong.

On 8/13/25 at around 1:30pm, I entered the store. There were about 6 to 7 employees on the floor with 2 other customers. The 2 customers walked out and I was the only customer there. No one said asked me any questions nor even acknowledged me. I walked around the store, then back over to the men shoes. Avoid this location! No customer service! This is the second time I've had a problem with this location. The first time I had a pick up order and it was accidentally shipped! My issue today, I went with my son to get a pair of shoes, the staff was busy due to back to school shopping, okay understandable. Luckily the retro 12 on display was my son's size, so we took it to someone who said they'll be in the front when we're ready. We waited in a long line.
