No customer service in this place at all asked to speak to a manager was told yeah we have a manager, but that’s as far as went!! Only because I was getting lack of customer service from the young man, I wanted to get help from a manager will never ever go back there again!!
I came in today and Dustin provided the best service and made my experience with JD sports Wonderful. Definitely will be back. -Trisa
Helpful staff, good selection and good location
The staff were awesome!!! The only reason for the 4 and not 5 star is the pricing. They have the trendiest shoes and the day time staff are 👌. Just wish they had slightly cheaper prices on the shoes. Hopefully they stay here in Burly!!
