This store is in disarray due to a lack of proper management. The salesperson assisting me was also trying to attend to several other customers, which resulted in a frustrating wait. It was evident that he was overwhelmed and doing his best, yet there was not a single manager present to provide support. I don't blame him at all! It's simply unacceptable to leave both staff and customers stranded during peak hours.
