I went to JD Sports for Black Friday shopping, and unfortunately, it was my very first—and most likely my last—visit. From the moment I stepped inside, I already sensed something was off. No one seemed welcoming or willing to engage. I wasn’t looking for assistance with shopping, but a simple warm greeting, the kind you’d expect in most stores, would have made a difference. The sellers don’t wanted to help with an arrogant attitude
The shoes are the only thing that was good about this store. Plan on buying another pair, but not from this location. Every single person even down to the manager that was on all acted like didn't want to be bother. All seem to of have had the attitude of, "please don't come to me"....
All the employees and managers are rude like they been forced to work there. They don’t even honor their online price,
Horrible customer service, went in and bought a pair of shoes and they literally put 2 different sizes in the box, a 5 year old could’ve done a better job.
