I want to personally thank Jaylen and the entire Jd staff for their amazing customer service. I was shopping the store for my son’s Christian camp trip trying to find the best options for him. It’s not easy finding teenage clothes and appropriate clothes at that because teens are so particular. Jaylen swooped in to our aid and asked what we needed help finding. I had a frustrating experience, we placed the order online with them in person to pick up at the store. The order never got dropped off and we called the store which they said it was our responsibility to call customer service of the carrier. Which shows that they don’t care about their customers when they were the ones that placed it and they don't want to take responsibility.
