I ordered and purchased these items online yesterday 12/29. I had a great experience with the young lady with long hair and glasses who assisted me. Easy pick up order and went in today to return one of the cargo pants due to size, and the same girl greeted me, and another young lady at the cashier with glasses assisted me. Smooth return and great customer service here.
Gatekeeping shoes is wild work
They have up to date shoes and clothing.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! They have the worst customer service ever! You can never get any employee to help, they’re always behind the counter on their phones or on the clothes side when there is a lot of customers waiting for assistance, on the shoe side. I USE TO ALWAYS SHOP HERE! Until I go in to return a pair of socks and the fell apart out of the package and just for that they couldn’t return them! They’re ridiculous! I won’t be going back. Never again will I shop at this store. Poor customer service. They act like they don't want to work. Disgusted soon as I walked in and wasn't greeted!
