THE SOUTHAVEN, MS LOCATION SUCKS! I don’t recommend a soul to ever shop there!!! Honestly if zero stars was an option I would give it that. I shop at JD A LOT. Both in store & online! Every time I go into this store there’s ALWAYS a problem because of customer service & management! Terrible customer service they switch phone around to employees to play games. I called about a pick up order I get told originally by Brandi that they are same day. She puts me on hold and that’s when Jamaica if that’s even their names picks up lying as if she is on hold with customer service and that they have been having issues with pick up orders popping up in their system.
