If I could give a negative rating, I would. We couldn’t get any help. We finally got a guy to get us 2 sizes of Adidas Sambas in the back - he brings them out and leaves them on the counter to go hangout with his coworker. We had to ask to get the shoes to try them on over 3 times because they wouldn’t do their job. The only one working was the lady working the checkout. The rest of them were sitting around not doing anything and there were plenty of people waiting for assistance.
The customer service was awesome
I asked for some shoes and nobody ever brought them to me
I was denied entry 10 minutes before closing 12/17. Not only is it holiday season, but we’re looking at shoes here. This doesn’t take 10 minutes. I am flabbergasted!
