terrible service.I asked to see the shoes, but even with four staff, no one get them for me. If you don’t want to sell, you should close the store.
Finally checked out my new local JD Sports, I’m a big fan. Manager and team were really dope too. Something really nice and almost nostalgic feeling of being able to look at brand new hyped releases in hand. Saw a few models I was curious about, had fun! Fully stocked, clean, and good lay out.
Horrible customer service. No one was in the store at the time I was shopping, manager Bre acted like I was inconveniencing her. First experience with this store will not be returning.
Destiny was great in helping all of us find our shoes this weekend, not matter how many different ones we needed. She was very sweet and genuinely seemed like a very nice person. 🫶
Store is great with so much potential unfortunately the “manager” Bre , is so rude . We were so excited to go in there and came out feeling so disappointed, not the staff I was expecting for a shoe store how are you supposed to feel comfortable asking for help on your shoes like that.
