I came here yesterday afternoon and ended up walking out after waiting over 20 minutes for shoes I never got. This place is ran by a bunch of careless teenagers. You’re better off taking your business to kids footlocker where they actually care about customer service.

I don’t review places at all but JD deserves one. I waited about 20 min for a pair of shoes. I left before they could even bring them out. Slow, unresponsive, and an utter waste of time. Don’t come here if you value your time. Footlocker on the other end was a way better experience
The most rude and unprofessional employees! We asked for a pair of shoes and waited for over 20mins and then when I went back to ask if they got the shoe it turns out no one was looking for it in the first place. I will never buy anything from this store and if I could I would rate it nothing!
