Very bad customer service. Some of the young employees were rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help, they seemed annoyed that customers were asking questions or trying to make an exchange. When you go into a store you expect to be treated with respect, but that was not the case here. Management should pay more attention to how their staff treats customers and work on improving the customer service experience.
I came here yesterday afternoon and ended up walking out after waiting over 20 minutes for shoes I never got. This place is ran by a bunch of careless teenagers. You’re better off taking your business to kids footlocker where they actually care about customer service.
