I will never go back to this store and I urge all to stay away. I like my sneakers and when a big release rolls around I don't mind standing in line for 3 hours for my pair. What I do mind is being told that everyone in line will get a pair and we just have to wait our turn only to find out they have been sold out for the past hour and a half. I went to JD Sports for Black Friday shopping, and unfortunately, it was my very first—and most likely my last—visit. From the moment I stepped inside, I already sensed something was off. No one seemed welcoming or willing to engage. I wasn’t looking for assistance with shopping, but a simple warm greeting, the kind you’d expect in most stores, would have made a difference. The sellers don’t wanted to help with an arrogant attitude
The shoes are the only thing that was good about this store. Plan on buying another pair, but not from this location. Every single person even down to the manager that was on all acted like didn't want to be bother. All seem to of have had the attitude of, "please don't come to me"....
All the employees and managers are rude like they been forced to work there. They don’t even honor their online price,
