They have the dumbest employees working. I just left the store and was going to purchase shoes and told the guy helping me what size I was. He got the wrong size 3 times!!!! I was like I can't believe someone can be that stupid. I ended up just walking out. They were standing around watching and talking on thier headsets than getting the correct shoe size for me. Quit letting people in by a certain time on Christmas Eve. Uncalled for especially when there's still a bunch of people inside the store looking around. Employees at the door can't read people's mind and don't know if this person already knows what they are going to get. The person that didn't get let in could have possibly already had something in mind and been in and out before others that were still looking around trying to decide Very unprofessional and lack of customer service. Picked up a pair of shoes I liked at the front, no employees near by, store packed, they were my size, I tried them, liked them, went to the cashier, two employees at the desk, they both looked at me weird and they were like, no body helped you, I'm like, no, just get me the other pair and I can pay for them. Well you have to get someone to help you. So, I have to go back and find someone? One of you can't radio it for me? No. Then keep them, what a joke.

Antwon (salesperson: 0143939) was less than helpful and rather disrespectful. He walked by me 4 different times while I was standing at the cash register trying to exchange an item. This is after I had approached him asking if I could exchange the item. Noticed at least 5 different employees standing around not helping anyone. More employees than there were customers in the store and still no one seemed to want to help me out in a timely manner.

I noticed maybe 2-3 employees max helping out with customers, while the rest were just standing around the cash register and talking (which is the reason i’m not giving 5 stars). However, there was a nice worker who had just got done helping a customer and as soon as she saw me with a shoe she walked towards me. I’m not 100% sure what her name was, but I believe it was London. I think she was new and seemed a bit nervous, but she did an amazing job!
