Went in to check out this new store they have a good variety of shoes and clothes. Came out purchasing 2 pair of shoes and some clothes items. Will definitely be coming back. Employees were very helpful finding what I needed.

I’m a local San Dimas resident and was trying to support a new nearby shoe store, but this place made that impossible. I came in looking for a new pair of workout shoes and simply asked to try on a pair. Instead of being helped, I was treated like a criminal—like I was going to run out of the store with them. They closed at 8pm instead of 9pm. Really needed an item from this place and had planned to get there in time but instead doors where locked. I had also called earlier that day to check if an item was in stock and got really poor customer service. The girl who answered had no clue on the price, the inventory or just basic Knowledge of working in a clothing store.. needless to say customer service was bad and closing early is inexcusable.
