First time ordering here and I did online pickup. Had a $20 sign up coupon code for JD Sports and used it on a water bottle. After receiving a confirmation email that my order was ready for pickup, I drove out of my way just to be told my order “couldn’t be fulfilled”? Manager wouldn’t elaborate or offer any resolution, he was very dismissive and unwelcoming. Very disappointing and a waste of my time.
love yall
I have walked into this place six times have yet to been ever asked if I needed help literally just standing there waiting for somebody to say hello and I still can’t get that I have went elsewhere to buy shoes on five different occasions just because I couldn’t even get somebody to say hello
Brought a pair of Niki Air Force for my wife for Christmas. She didn’t like the shoes. When I tried to return them they refused to take them back. Tonya the store manager has zero business being in customer service. Very rude and very unprofessional
