I have walked into this place six times have yet to been ever asked if I needed help literally just standing there waiting for somebody to say hello and I still can’t get that I have went elsewhere to buy shoes on five different occasions just because I couldn’t even get somebody to say hello
Brought a pair of Niki Air Force for my wife for Christmas. She didn’t like the shoes. When I tried to return them they refused to take them back. Tonya the store manager has zero business being in customer service. Very rude and very unprofessional
That girl JAS in the front.. not very welcoming, seemed like she couldn’t care less to help, and attitude for no reason. I’d order online and avoid all together.
My daughter went to JD Sports in Beachwood, OH to buy a pair of Nike Air Max 90 tennis shoes and they didn’t have her size so she asked if they could send her the size she needed. She confirmed with the Associate several times that the size would be correct. When she received her order, the associate ordered the same size she had tried on in the store.
