I’ve been shopping at JD’s for years and have always had good experiences. Today, I visited the Grapevine location and, unfortunately, it was a completely different experience. The customer service was disappointing, and some employees came across as unfriendly and uninterested in helping. My advice to management: invest more time in customer service training and ensure employees who interact with customers, even the ones who call in with questions, understand the importance of professionalism and courtesy. I had the best experience with this location. I came in today at closing and everyone was very helpful and did not rush me. The manager on duty I think her name was Andrea was very helpful. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer.
Was going to spend $100 on a shirt. Waited in line for 15 minutes. There was an issue with the customer in front of me. Yet there was 4 other employees wandering around and chatting with others. They all saw me waiting in line. Why couldn’t they check me out. After almost 20 minutes I decided the purchase was not worth the wait.
Amelinda was amazing and very helpful!! Definitely coming back because of her.
