I have no respect for this store (Grapevine Mills Mall) ever since they tried to sell my son a pair of shoes off the rack because "it was their last pair," without offering any discount or even cleaning "used" shoes that other people have tried on no telling how many hundreds of times. The young, short, slim, dark hair young man employee working on 9/25/26 around 6pm, (I don't know his name) was very rude and showed no respect for my son, who most people in the shop knew is a well-known college athlete in Dallas. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Would give negative stars if I could. WORST store in the whole of Grapevine Mills. My dad went into this store to return a pair of shoes purchased only one week earlier. The shoes were in their original condition, in the original box, and he had the receipt. This should have been one of the simplest transactions imaginable. Instead, this lady Amelinda and the other employees turned a basic return into an unnecessarily hostile experience. I went to this JD today, and the customer service was just awful. We went for the Yeezy Drop, and they had the slides. We were standing there for a minute and nobody came up to help, and so we had to go to them to find a size for us. When we asked to try them on, the staff looked at us really weird. We also asked for a black in size 10, to where the staff member said they didn’t have any (even though there were 2 on display). While yes, it’s a demo shoe, even offering it would’ve been nice.
