The staff was great. The only reason I rated a 4 instead of a 5 is because they didn’t have a huge selection and I didn’t find the shoe I was looking for. Otherwise great customer service.
The customer service was extremely disappointing. The employees seemed disengaged and were more focused on their phones and discussing lunch than assisting customers. When I approached the counter to ask if they had my shoe size, the response was rude, as if I was inconveniencing the employee. I wouldn’t recommend spending $150–$200 on shoes at this store given the lack of professionalism and customer care.
I recently purchased a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift for my dad. However, when the staff retrieved the shoes from the back, the box was in terrible condition, appearing old and damaged. To my disappointment, the shoes themselves had a crease in them, which made them look as if they had been previously used.
