I have purchased shoes from footlocker and every other shoe store at the mall I purchased a pair of shoes that were too small for my child. Only after the fact, I realized this store has no way to look up. fact that I has no way to look up using the card that you purchased the shoes with This may be the only store on the planet that doesn’t have these capabilities so if you wanna be sure that you can exchange the shoes at the minimum without a receipt just go to Footlocker or any other shoe store they all carry the same stuf... read more

I asked an employee for help with a shoe and it took him 30 minutes to get one pair. He was doing anything but helping me. Do not recommend, never shopping here again.
Ordered shoes that came in the wrong size. Was promised by Linda, their representative once I dropped the wrong order off at FedEx, the corrected order would be sent via expedited shipping. Never received my order. Called a week later and they said they credited my account. I’m still waiting for my credit and it’s been 2 weeks. Linda doesn’t respond to my emails.
