Walking into this store made me realize why people hate shopping in stores Customer service was trash from EVERYBODY, wasn't greeted , nobody asked for assistance everyone seen me, this experience def traumatized me ill be shopping online moving forward
Store Manager Yaya provided incredible help, patience, guidance, and honesty during my visit. She offered great recommendations and gave relevant tips for shoe care, too. I'll definitely be back to shop. Overall, the employees were friendly and offered help. I left with happy feet.
Very nice knowledgeable staff great team work they have a wide variety of sneakers and clothes and they are well stocked. The prices are just right the store is spotless and well put together definitely recommend shopping in this establishment if they don’t have it in stock they can and will order it now that’s great service!!!!
I just want to give a big shout out to JASMINE C. !!! She went above and beyond to help us. We came in late on a Monday, right before closing and she didn't seem to mind a bit! We couldn't find what we needed in store and she took the time to order it for us, all while being kind and professional. Thanks!!!
