Went to the Roosevelt Field location to return an item that I purchased for my son. Was told that I needed an account and it was a requirement to return something. Had my receipt and I was within the 45-day return. I was first ask for an email address which I gave then a phone number which I thought to be a little bit too much information as I didn't want my data sold and possibly open up myself to receiving spam mail and calls. HORRIBLE! If I can give this place a -5 star rating I would. Ordered sneakers online via the Finishline website. First it stated that the sneakers would be available for pickup in 2 hours. After purchasing and making the payment, I received an email that the sneakers will have to be shipped to the store. Purchase made on 8/29. Kept checking status on order and it stated “We are working on getting your order ready”. On 9/6 received notification that the order is completed and ready for pickup.
