Cashier asked for my email, in response I asked if this was to sign me up for some account/program to which she said NO. She said it was for “returning purposes”… to get over w/ the transaction I obliged because I was told it’s not to sign me up for anything. As soon as I left the store I received the email to finish setting up my account. This is weird as hell, lying to customers to get a few sign-up points is irritating.
The shittiest shopping experience ever.
Just went, worst customer experience ever. Women only spoke to the nicely dressed white man and offered assistance. I went in and was completely ignored and went to ask abt an event going on and was met with a blank stare and a dry response. Thetwo women working there were very unprofessional. Looking at the reviews it sees like this is a reaccuring thing. Honestly left feeling like i was asking them a favor when i was literally trying to buy some sneakers. #weird
The only JD STORE I WILL SHOP AT they actually know the store policy.
Customer service 10/10 better then experience I had vs qcm location. Handle my return swelllll
