Go to foot locker 5 stores down! They have better sales and actually competent employees. Owner please stop copy pasting responses and actually do something about the disaster you're operating. Made to wait 20 min for shoe sizes every single time I go. Today I waited 30 full min just to be told they don't have the sizes. Went to footlocker and was out the door with my shoes in about 3 minutes for $40 cheaper on a pair of NB 9060s
Had really bad experience at this store. There are no fitting room as a clothing store. And the cashier so rude and impolitely，she didnt let us try on in store since there are no fitting room.That s ridiculously，how should I know its right size for me？That why u have slow business. Suggest you guys go to the Footlocker not far away，they are so nice and friendly. 别去这家店，傻逼员工，别给他们钱赚，去附近的footlocker买！！
They left the security tag on underwear that was sold in a box I found it when I got home I live over an hour away they didn’t put the receipt in the bag and I can’t reach anyone by phone ! So frustrating !
Ive been into the shoe game for a while and wanted to give Jd a shot. I went there twice this past week. I was contemplating on walking out after they took forever to bring me another size to try on to compare to the one I had tried first. There were barely any customers in the store, had to wait 15-20 min just for them to bring me the other shoe.
