Zion is extremely ghetto and very unprofessional and needs to be terminated. I will not tolerate any disrespect when it comes to my kids out of retaliation. My experiences at this store have never been good. I always try to give them a chance, but I leave being disappointed every single time. The staff members look like they never know what they are doing/haven’t been trained properly. This store needs to have a more organized system on getting shoes from the back, like Foot Locker. It always takes over 20-30 minutes to get a pair here, even when it isn’t busy. I shouldn’t have to ask on the status every 5 minutes. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! This young lady named jaliyah i believe is her name was the rudest cashier ever!!! such a bad attitude with every customer she was ringing up. very unprofessional and being rude to customers for no reason when they have done nothing wrong.
