I am a 35 some odd year long smoker that has tried many times to quit. I was just there yesterday morning, for a session. The session lasted about 45 minutes. The tone of his voice was very calming. As soon as I got out I did not have a desire to smoke. Unlike the last hypnosis session I went to 15 years ago that I smoked as soon as I left. I am a chiropractor fellowship trained & currently in a masters program & can't believe how well I am doing losing weight. On my second visit I was asked how are you doing and I said sometimes good and sometimes not. He said what does that mean, I said Ill eat an oreo cookie, popcorn, an ice cream fudgie bar and I cant stay away from bread. He said no problem I will take care of that.
