JD Cross Dock has polite, helpful staff and is available 24/7. Service is quick, and they go out of their way to make loading and unloading easy—any kind of freight, any kind of loading or unloading, is handled here without hassle.
Cross Dock has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Lady was Extremely rude, unprofessional. Staff clearly don’t care about customers at all. Avoid if you expect basic courtesy.
Very rude staff old uncles work here no English may be visitor visa staff work there . Now it’s totally not understand what service we want we visit last week uncle was very rude
