I have never had more issues with a bank, it's just become predatory. You can dispute charges but never see the money back, they restrict your card without notice or communication even in an emergency. If you have an emergency after hours there's nothing you can do(this has happened to me multiple times) and you must notify them of any out of state travel in order to use your card outside of Louisiana. Good service friendly people....only complaint is they don't give a debit card in branch...u have to wait for 10 days if you ever lose or lock your card or if it stolen...I have bills that are paid online by debit card not account number so it screws up a lot of things...and I won't pay the money to get a temp...makes no sense to have to
I love this bank and the friendly people that work there But! The online banking is a mess!! I’m always getting locked out on it!!!
