Been b anking there for years
Allie Miller was so courteous and helpful. She ordered new cards for our accounts quickly, and was able to explain some of the banking features that I was unaware that I could access. Her passion for the banking industry is apparent. I have banked with JD for 15 years and have always experienced great service but this was top notch!
If the option to leave zero stars were available, I would use that option. Working with buyer to sell property we own, loan manager told us that the application process takes three weeks and had a $400 application fee. Took nearly six weeks to be informed that they could not help. The customer was obviously not a priority to them, as they mismanaged the application process, wasted time, but gladly accepted payment.
