When I opened my account they offered me overdraft protection up to $200. I have direct deposit set up and now they tell me I can't have it even after they made money off of me with the fees
Went today to open a business account for my LLC. It was, without question, the easiest and least stressful accounts I’ve ever had to open at any bank. But that wasn’t the reason for this review. This review is for the Branch Manager. She may be the sweetest, nicest person I think I’ve ever dealt with at a bank. She basically made my day. She introduced herself to me, when she didn’t have to. Greeted with a friendly smile to sign my new account opened online. Very convenient opening account online and just go to location nearby for deposit and signing of documents.
