In 1998, two brothers opened the very first JCW's in an old Hardee's building in American Fork. We'd cut our teeth in the restaurant business, but opening our own place was still a big step and truly a longtime dream-come-true. At some point during those early, exciting days, a good friend of ours dubbed us "The Burger Boys," and the name has stuck ever since.
