I have always been greeted with smiles and a welcome in! Love the quality of the clothes and prices. Customer service was on point!
Rude, unwelcoming employees. I walked around for nearly five minutes, not a single employee acknowledged me. I made eye contact with a male employee, and he immediately turned his head around. I believe he was the MOD. I went next door to Ann T. Factory, it was a completely different experience. I was greeted the moment I walked in.
I visited this location on Monday, August 18, 2025 at about 3pm. There were 3 associates working that day, and not one of them greeted me or welcomed me in. They all walked by several times without acknowledging my presence in any capacity, while helping and greeting others. No eye contact, no smiles, nothing.
