Jason M. Truly went above and beyond to help us. It was already closing time, made the transition super easy and not rushing it at all. My first receipt had house account as sales person… When I asked the lady on the register if he was a manager she said he is “just” a sales associate. Well to me he acted like the SM, super proud and happy to help even though it was already late on Black Friday, hardly ever you get such a great customer service from anyone anymore. Not real J.Crew. Avoid.
My experience at this JCrew location is always positive due to the consistently great customer service and great stock of clothing items. Today was made EVEN better by Kolby who demonstrated absolutely fabulous professionalism and courtesy. Major gold stars!!
