Called the store to express a shipping concern because they had placed an online order for me. I have never had such a horrible customer service experience on the phone. The woman talked to me like I was a child and explained what a business day was and counted the days with me on the phone as if I (a) did not know what a business day was and (b) didn't understand how many days had passed.
