J. Crew Factory Store in San Francisco Premium Outlets is one of the stores I will check out most of the time. The store is always very clean and well organized. Salespeople are helpful and nice. They have good deals every now and then. The clothes are good quality.
Professional. Lot of choices. Considerate. Even provide seats for those company of shoppers.
J Crew Factory provided terrific customer service. Everyone was outgoing and proactively asked if I needed assistance. For me, I rather have folks ask then zombie by me. I do not mind if three different people ask if I need assistance. I would mind if staff walk by without an acknowledgement. The store was clean and organized. There were bargains and sale pricing. But they do not carry petite sizes in the shop. Bummer. However, I was told, that the online shop does.
