J Crew Factory provided terrific customer service. Everyone was outgoing and proactively asked if I needed assistance. For me, I rather have folks ask then zombie by me. I do not mind if three different people ask if I need assistance. I would mind if staff walk by without an acknowledgement. The store was clean and organized. There were bargains and sale pricing. But they do not carry petite sizes in the shop. Bummer. However, I was told, that the online shop does.
I asked the cashier to check the price of an item. After she checked, I said I don't want the item. When I came home, I saw that I've been charged for that item. I called the customer service and asked them to refund me for the item I did not purchase. They refused. Stay away!!!
