J Crew Factory provided terrific customer service. Everyone was outgoing and proactively asked if I needed assistance. For me, I rather have folks ask then zombie by me. I do not mind if three different people ask if I need assistance. I would mind if staff walk by without an acknowledgement. The store was clean and organized. There were bargains and sale pricing. But they do not carry petite sizes in the shop. Bummer. However, I was told, that the online shop does.
