1 star for the very bad service. Bought online alots for gifts families. But 1 of item poor stitching just want to exchange same size. And final sale can't return and exchange But the management very bad attitude when I trying to explained to her about the stitching making fabric not so good.
Their jewelry collection is so unique. Bought a bunch. Will definitely visit again.
The manager Brandon is just the worst. He lies so he doesn't actually have to help customers. I asked him to look at my account to see which tshirt I bought last time - he said no. I said I said what if I have an order number - also no. I asked if I could call customer service to place an order for something they didn't have in store - nope doesn't have the number.
I was in the line for probably an hour. Then got to the cashier and he said wait a minute and disappeared for another 15. Crazy slow
