This is a good size J. Crew Factory store. It seems to have a pretty nice selection of merchandise. I feel like the one on Park Road in Charlotte has a bit more to offer but maybe I’m just partial to it & the outstanding customer service they usually offer. You can never go wrong in J. Consistent with the other reviews - the workers do not speak. There were 3 workers in the almost empty store and there was no attempt to acknowledge, ask to start a fitting room, nothing. They did speak to another customer, I’ll leave it up to you all to guess why. Once I saw that, I placed my items down and left. I will not spend my money where it’s not wanted nor respected.
Unfortunately, I went to this store today to buy a pair of pants and the saleswoman was extremely unprofessional, she passed me twice and didn't even look or speak to me, I was shocked by the poor service and lack of respect for customers, a huge, empty store and the rude saleswoman and unprofessional. The store needs to better train employees to provide good customer service.
