Come here if you wanna be ignored! Staff walk around aimlessly like horse with blinders on. The amount of people who come into the store just to walk out because they’re not being helped is insane! I know the store employees themselves don’t control the marketing and signage material, but God it’s awful. They need better photos on the wall.

This is a good size J. Crew Factory store. It seems to have a pretty nice selection of merchandise. I feel like the one on Park Road in Charlotte has a bit more to offer but maybe I’m just partial to it & the outstanding customer service they usually offer. You can never go wrong in J. Crew fashion especially at a bargain. Happy Shopping 🛍️ Josephine Local Guide
