What is happening to this store. I have been in few times, each time 2 young male associates stood behind the register. No acknowledgment, didn’t have a clue when I asked for a particular item. They both looked at each other with “I don’t know” written across their faces. Lady I assume was the manager was trying to figure out where to place jewelry. She was rude when I asked her a question. This store completely fails at the most basic level of customer service. Despite being the only customers inside, no one acknowledged us, offered help, or even pretended to care — just awkward stares and total indifference. It’s nearly impossible to find an associate on the floor, yet the moment you reach checkout they magically appear, only to aggressively push email sign-ups instead of actually helping you shop. Despite being the only customers in the store, no one bothered to greet us or offer assistance. Instead, we were met with nothing but uncomfortable stares and complete indifference. The lack of basic customer service was glaring and unacceptable. We felt unwelcome from the moment we walked in and left shortly after. This was a poor experience and not one I would recommend to anyone expecting even minimal professionalism or courtesy.
No one greeted me or my friend. No one asked if we needed help. We just go awkward stares and we were the only ones in the store. Not impressed with the service, so we letf.
Really great service at J. Crew Factory! It is close to my work, so it's easy to make a trip out during my lunch break! The clearance section is amazing here. Associates were friendly to me. I will return!!
