I placed an online order with help from an associate, then noticed the online price was lower than in-store. When I asked about a price match, the associate was visibly annoyed and falsely claimed it couldn’t be done until the item shipped. I later got it resolved through customer service before shipping. The staff here are rude and unhelpful. If I had listened to them, I would have missed the better price because the online price changed the day my item shipped.
Came into the store to discern sizing. walked out with more than I expected. Thank you Mara B and Maggie. I had fun. You guys were a joy.
If you weigh more than 200 lbs, there is nothing that will fit you here. Very disappointed, I was about to drop $500-1000 but there was nothing above 34W and 42R jackets. Avoid unless you’re a waif.
