I have been a longtime customer of J. Crew. Today, I decided to make a small purchase, and my experience was quite different from what I have come to expect. I am not certain what provoked his behavior, but it was blatant and intentional. Whenever you decide to shop at this particular location, avoid David. He’s a bald, older man and is extremely rude. He should reevaluate working in customer service.
Great clothing choices, friendly and super helpful staff! Can order online and pickup in store or have purchase shipped to the store of choice and pick up in store as well!
I am a big fan of J.Crew's products. The quality of the clothes is the best and truly authentic, and I have some of my favorite sweaters from this brand. It is also my go-to store for holiday gifts. The reason I'm giving a 3-star rating is entirely about the customer service in this Cherry creek location.
