My experience with Isabella was fabulous! As a curvier human, it’s tough to find suit style outfits that fit well. Isabella was encouraging and excited for me when I found a lovely blue velvet suit ON SALE. She even helped me find the pants to order online and found another pair in the store so I could try on for fit and size. 10/10 recommend.
Slow register. And then the worker walked away after helping just 1 customer even though I was in line for 15min.

I have been a longtime customer of J. Crew. Today, I decided to make a small purchase, and my experience was quite different from what I have come to expect. I am not certain what provoked his behavior, but it was blatant and intentional. Whenever you decide to shop at this particular location, avoid David. He’s a bald, older man and is extremely rude. He should reevaluate working in customer service.
